Location & Accommodations:
Fairway Villas is located in a gated condominium complex within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area, 20 minutes north of the Kona, Hawaii airport (Big Island). Fairway Villas will act as our "Ohana" and jumping off point to the serene, historically sacred and elegant Kohala Coast nearby to rural hikes, sacred areas and secluded beaches for our workshop experiences. Beautiful Anaeho omalu Beach, upscale shopping and dining, and the Hilton Resort are within walking distance. The ultra luxurious Mauna Lani Hotel and the Four Seasons, Hualalai are a short drive away.
Although there are other options of places to stay nearby, we ask you stay on property to facilitate the experience, avoid unnecessary travel to and from the meeting place, and utilize our negotiated discount rates. The condominiums and townhouses may be shared or rented individually and we have negotiated below market rates 35% off (10% below the Outrigger Collection internet rates).

The outrigger fairway villas registration staff will be able to assist our participants to share a condominium or townhouse (all condominiums have two bedrooms/two baths and townhouses have three bedrooms/three baths. One townhouse will have slightly lowered rates for three people (separate rooms and baths) where we will gather for many of the workshop teachings. Of course, you may wish to have a condominium all to yourself or for your family or save by sharing a unit with others in this workshop. Depending on your travel plans, to make your stay comfortable and time to settle-in, you will probably want to book the nights at Fairway Villas corresponding to the workshop days/nights May 18-21, 2009.
Travel to and From the Big Island
Since The Big Island of Hawaii is a popular, year round tourist destination, we suggest you book early to get the best fares. Most major airlines serve Kona International Airport (some several times a day) from major airports on the West Coast (San Francisco, Oakland, and Los Angeles). In addition, United has a daily non-stop flight from Chicago's O’Hare Airport.
Additionally, Honolulu International Airport provides frequent connections to Kona via Hawaiian, Go! Airlines. Please contact your travel agent for additional information on flight days and times.
Fees, Meals, and Transportation:
The program leaders will provide continental breakfast for participants each morning, but other meals are the participant's responsibility. There is a newly opened supermarket within walking distance to stock your kitchen. The program leaders will provide transportation as necessary to the sites for class exercises.
Participants are responsible for airport transfer arrangements and car rentals (Kona Airport has rental cars available from all major car rental companies or taxis may be arranged in advance and are in limited supply at the airport.) As noted in the Registration Form, the cost for the workshop (excluding CE fee) will be $975 per participant early registration and $1075 otherwise. Late cancellation fees apply.
